Un Observatoire
As part of the event Lisa Nelson – Danser, une façon de voir (8–17 October 2026, Paris & Brussels), Tictac Art Centre hosts a double programme: an interactive video installation and a public Observatory in the evening, bringing the event to a close.
This final day offers two simultaneous formats, designed to give audiences two different ways of engaging with the Tuning Scores: one individual and exploratory, the other collective and unfolding in real time.
Un Observatoire : 6:30 pm
Un Observatoire is the opening to the public of an improvisation practice. It is not a performance in the usual sense of the term, but a shared moment in which one can see a dance in the making. Audients are invited to witness the play of their own imaginations—to note their own desires—while being privy to the decisions dancers confront in navigating their physicality and making a dance together. The Observatoire is not a demonstration: it is an invitation to perceive differently, to inhabit the role of spectator differently.
Re.Dancing
Re.Dancing is an interactive video installation developed by Baptiste Andrien and Florence Corin for Contredanse and Lisa Nelson. It invites visitors to explore the temporal plasticity of video clips drawn from Tuning Scores practices. The installation is open to the public throughout the day.
With Baptiste Andrien, Stéphanie Auberville, Franck Beaubois, Claude Boillet, Florence Corin, Pascale Gille, Lisa Nelson, and Scott Smith.
