Éclats de danse – Deux voyages pour lire la danse

The evening will feature a performed presentation by Ondine Cloez and a lecture-performance by Massinda Zinga, followed by a conversation between the authors and Florence Corin on behalf of Éditions Contredanse.
In Été pourri, recherche sur la pluie dans le Brabant wallon, Ondine Cloez takes us through her research journey, offering an embodied form of knowledge shaped by the flow of water, where words serve both to document and to inspire. In Danser la résistance : Corps afro-caribéens et mémoire vivante, Massinda Zinga shares the richness of Afro-Caribbean dance traditions and explores their influence on contemporary dance practices.
The evening will celebrate the launch of the Collection éclats, a new series dedicated to highlighting dance research and promoting the dissemination of knowledge emerging from the field of choreography in the Wallonia–Brussels Federation. These first two publications in the Collection éclats contribute to the development of resources and the sharing of ideas rooted in dance practice and culture.
The evening will conclude with a drinks reception celebrating the launch of the Collection éclats.
