Five families of cards — Actions, Body, Dynamics, Space, and Relationships — invite you to
play, either on your own or with others. You can experiment using a single card, or have fun
creating by combining as many cards as you like.
No prior knowledge or experience is required to use the tool.
The cards come with suggestions for activities and a glossary, but everyone is free to make
the tool their own and use it in whatever way suits them best.
The game can also be used as part of a class, an exploratory workshop, a mediation
session, and more.
